Typically I've have a great experience there. I feel the pricing has been fair and I haven't felt pressure from unnecessary up charges or service suggestions. However, I was disappointed with the pricing of my last quote. I understand that you're in bus iness to make money, but I expect the price of parts to at least be reasonable. Independently I was able to find OEM parts that were literally half of what I was quoted. I understand a 20% or 30% markup. But I'm having a hard time understanding an %80 or 90% markup on parts. I have not had the service completed yet. I would love to bring the vehicle back there but I would hope there could be a price adjustment that would work for all parties involved. I scheduled an appointment on-line. I drove into the wrong service bay (Cadillac) and was pointed to the correct bay. Drove to that bay only to be told they didn’t see my appointment on the computer. I had a confirmation on my phone. This went on, me driving to different service bays for about 15 minutes until Michelle jumped in my car and guided me to the Quick Lube. She made sure I was taken care of in a very efficient manner. Up until Michele intervening, customer service was grossly inadequate and I was passed back and forth like a hot potato. Even after my car had the oil changed, before driving away, I had to get back out in the rain and go into the office to get an updated sticker for the windshield indicating mileage etc. for new oil change. It is highly doubtful I would return to this dealership for any reason. The main positive of this experience was Michelle! Chris Wagner also had a good attitude.

No waiting to get my oil changed and tires rotated, my vehicle was taken right in. The only thing that I did not like was the price of the filters that were replaced. Oil changed, tire rotation, and two filters was almost $400.00. Chris was really nice and he explained what was being done.

Did not explain the service nor the amount to be rendered after. They never topped off fluids. I had to return an hour later to have them do so , and as I pulled up all men working were on their cell phones sitting down and seemed bothered they were asked to complete what THEY had forgotten. Nevee reveived a return sticker. All this is why we stopped coming here after buying a car and getting terrible service 2 years ago. It was rewarding when I pulled up and saw all new employees thinking It was worth giving Ben Mynatt another chance to then being just as bad. After paying $133 and not getting what I paid for without having to return to get it is Disappointing. Then to find out the car wash now is Only for LOYAL CADILLAC OWNERS is very Hard to swallow. You can buy a Chevy truck for over $100K or any other vehicle for over $50K - and cant get a free wash to also after spending $133 on an oil change that wasn't done properly . Just very upsetting all around. Not satisfied AT ALL!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is by far not my first rodeo in purchasing a new vehicle. I take extremely good care of my vehicles. I traded in a 22’ model PU with 20K miles. Not a scratch on it. Camper cap on it. I really felt the trade in value was a couple thousand dollars low. I tried to negotiate a better trade in. Dealer came back with 1/2 the amount I asked and later in reading his terms he took away the oil change/tire rotation so he really did not give me a better value.

I moved to Concord NC in July 2006, and I have given Mynatt Chevy all of my car maintenance and repair work for my chevy cars. I went to Mynatt to look at buying a Camaro SS in 2015 but the salesman ended up ghosting me, so I bought my Camaro from City Chevy instead. All of my oil changes were performed at the Mynatt Goodwrench located on the Mynatt property. I even continued to come back after the Goodwrench tech "double gasketed" an oil filter (forgot to remove the existing gasket before installing the new filter) a few years ago and I dumped oil all over the road. Note: this Goodwrench currently has a Google review rating at 1.5 stars. I have put over 130K miles on the car and had Mynatt replace a failed Infotainment system ($1600) and just last Jan a failed rocker arm ($600) and was completely satisfied with all service. So yesterday I bring my Camaro to Goodwrench for a state inspection like every year, and knowing they will drive it over to your car bay and bring it back when complete. Note: My dad taught me long ago to do your own inspection (brake lights, horn, turn signals, wiper blades, etc.) before dropping it off for a state inspection. There was no check engine light on. After owning cars for the past 40 years I am quite aware you can't pass a car with the check engine light on. I watched as it took two Goodwrench techs to plug in the code reader and there was no mention of any error codes. The 1st Goodwrench tech started the car and realized it has a large V8 and a clutch and gave up. He never mentioned a check engine light. The second tech got in and drove the car to the car bay and never mentioned a check engine light. That's 3 opportunities to check codes and/or check engine light before leaving my sight and not a word. Then the car comes back from your inspector with a failed inspection report, and a bill for the failed inspection, and the check engine light is now on. When I complained, and a bit loudly I'm afraid, and I apologize to the Mynatt lady who tried to explain the unexplainable, I was told it came in with the error codes but no check engine light which I simply do not believe. The big questions is how did the check engine light just happen to come on between when I gave Goodwrench/Mynatt my keys and when you gave them back? Both O2 sensors and both heating circuits went bad at once including on opposite sides of the car? Nope. Common wiring problem, maybe but I doubt the same wires run to both sets of sensors on opposite sides. It's more likely something happened to the PCM ($300 at AutoZone but needs flashed by a dealer) when the techs were fumbling with the code reader (unlikely but how else can you explain this and what kind of condition is their code reader in?). Note that I am not accusing anyone of intentional sabotage (but from my perspective it is a possibility). Looks like about 1/2 hour of labor but I will only let a chevy dealer do this type of work (I really do love my car). My guess is $500. Why should I not report this to the BBB? Why shouldn't I tell everyone I know about this experience? Why should I ever set foot on your property again? They were looking at what type of oil I got last time and I was informed that I was given some oil additive that cost like $20. I was charged this without them asking. I purchased an oil change program when I bought my vehicle new at Ben Mynatt and have always had my oil changes done at their quick lube. This time, AFTER my oil was changed, I was told my vehicle was 60 miles outside the plan — so they charged me $143 on the spot. If they had told me upfront, it would have been fine, but instead they waited until the work was done. The good news is I’ll never have to go back there again. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

The service to my vehicle was sufficient, however the experience as a customer and as a human being was poor. The customer service representative who was there when I dropped the vehicle off was not very friendly. However, the rep that finally waited on me when I picked the vehicle up was much more accommodating. While I was waiting the young lady that brings the cars to the customers called 911. The Concord police department showed up and realized that there was no incident to address. Just a tall black man wearing a medical mask due to his immune system being vulnerable as a result of cancer, waiting on a service representative so he could pay for his vehicle. That man was me. If this was what it appeared to be, I do not plan to come back to your dealership for service, nor do I plan to buy GM vehicles in the future. I pray that this issue is investigated and addressed for future customers like me.

Was great working with Allie to strike a deal via text. She made it easy and was no-pressure at all. I assumed she was my salesperson. I arrived and vehicle was still in showroom and i was approached by a salesmen and i didnt understand why 1) the car was not ready for me; 2) i was being approached by a different person than the one i dealt with. I was concerned he was going to take the deal from Allie so i indicated i would like to meet with her. Was my misunderstanding in that Allie was not a salesmen. Jerry was a great salesmen to work with. He was nice, patient, knowledgeable, and very gracious as he helped me return my rental car 15 minutes away on a hot afternoon! I'd buy from him again as I thought he was terrific! No one in management from the dealership greeted me or thanked me for my business which i thought was odd.

I had an issue with my car putting up a break system alert and fluid on the ground at work so I called the dealership where I purchased it and they told me to have it towed to them to look at. I did, and paid $278 for towing. This was on Wednesday. I got a call Friday to come pick it up and it was ready. I was assured that GM Corporate would take care of the towing fees by the Chevy team at the dealership. When I went out to drive home, the same alert was still present on the console. So they had to pull it back in and I was told a sensor was bad or broken or it was an update and it wouldn’t be fixed that day, mind you this was the reason it was bro if it in. So I will have to take it in again this week sometime. I also spoke with GM corporate and they told me it goes against their policy to pay the tow fees since I had it towed and not GM. I really wish the original person at GM had told me to let them set up the towing so I didn’t get stuck with the fee of $278. I did exactly what I was told to do but I was told wrong. This seems like a procedure error on the GM team’s part and I would love to be reimbursed since I followed Gm’s instructions exactly.

I had my vehicle in for service due to a defective master cylinder on a new 2024 GMC Arcadia. I was called and told that my vehicle had been rolled into another vehicle that was at the shop as well and damaged the rear bumper and hitch cover. these items were replaced. I drove home to find that I had some front damage as well. So the next day I returned after picking up the vehicle some days later. They were to order parts which came in last Thursday October 2 I wasn't notified to make an appointment until October 8. I waited to see just how long it would take for customer service to come to the forefront. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with any GMC that I have owned. I have been a loyal GM owning since 1984. I have owned various vehicles in this time and this is the worst. I purchased a 2015 Arcadia from you new and have had great service with it but I'm wondering if this is a "lemon" and need to bee traded out of it? I will be speaking with Cindy on Monday with my concerns if she is available.

Service was not completed as requested. I requested an oil change and tire rotation which includes getting my tires to the correct PSI. When I got home I happened to review my DIC stats and noticed all 4 of my tires were between 30 and 32 PSI. This is not correct. They should all be at 35 PSI. I had to take a day off work for this service. This is extremely disappointing that Ben Mynatt did not get my tire pressure to the correct level. Especially when this was part of the service that I paid $130+ for.

Had a 8:00 appointment for oil change and regular maintenance plus had an issue with the locks working. Dropped it off at 7:30 and asked for it to be ready by 11. Didn’t hear anything by 11 and chatted with customer services; they were to have service call. Still nothing by 2; wife called and left message, called a second time d/t no call back. I ended up calling and they stated my service was delayed because they had walk ins!! This doesn’t seem right. I had an appointment and weather I was present or not my work should have been completed by my requested time; 3 hours from appointment time.

It was a quick turn around when I dropped off for an oil change, tire rotation but I had asked for a car wash before leaving. Then while still in the parking lot I called to add on an inspection. Went to pick up the car and hour later oil change and tires were done. But no inspection or car wash. When I brought it to their attention they just said oh well just run it down there real quick. Granted yes I could have just done that but that’s not the point I specifically dropped the car off for a reason cause I had time restraints. So overall it was fast but only got half of what I needed done. I’ll be going elsewhere for the inspection today..

I had brought my vehicle to the dealership to have an oil change and transmission service. By the time I got home after the service, my vehicle was making a weird sound like something was spinning under the hood, but scraping the sides. I called the shop and was asked to bring it back the next day to have it looked at. I was charged $100 for a half-hour diagnostic to find out what was causing the problem that my vehicle wasn't having before I brought it to the shop. The service rep said that the shop could not duplicate the sound but believed that it came from my aftermarket wheels. We both agreed that that diagnosis was nonsense, given that the wheels are not a new addition to the vehicle and the sound that the vehicle is making occurs even when the vehicle is in park. Nonetheless, after leaving the diagnostic, the vehicle is no longer making the sound that I brought it in for. It cost me a $100 and 4 extra hours of my time. I'll think twice about bringing my vehicle back.
